Terms and Conditions of Use
I. General Platform Terms

The Pharoll platform (“Pharoll” or the “Platform”) is operated by:

The contract is deemed concluded when the user creates an account and accepts these Terms. The Terms remain available on the Platform.

6. Eligibility
Use for remunerated purposes is limited to persons aged 18 or over. Pharoll may request proof of age.
7. Use by Minors
Monetization by minors is prohibited. Pharoll may suspend accounts and invalidate related amounts.
8. Data Processing
Pharoll processes data for the operation of the Platform, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, and may rely on third parties. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
9. Security
Appropriate technical measures are applied, including encryption of data in transit and secure storage of credentials.
10. Security Incidents
In the event of a data breach, Pharoll will act in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
11. Metrics
Metrics are provisional and may be adjusted or recalculated. Pharoll may change its criteria and algorithms.
12. Nature of the Amounts
The amounts shown correspond to metrics and do not constitute balances held by Pharoll. Pharoll does not maintain payment accounts, digital wallets, or user funds.
13. Payments
Payments depend on validation and are processed by authorized providers. Pharoll may change the payment provider.
14. Verification
Identity verification may be required before payments are released.
15. Threshold
Payments may be subject to a minimum amount defined by Pharoll.
16. Retention
Payments may be withheld during reasonable investigations.
17. Fraud
Any manipulation of metrics or artificial traffic is prohibited.
18. Account Closure
Data may be deleted or anonymized, except where legal retention duties apply.
19. Data Export
Users may request access to their data.
20. Partnerships
Pharoll may collaborate with third parties without creating a direct relationship with users.
21. Limitation of Liability
Pharoll does not guarantee financial results.
22. Suspension
Pharoll may suspend accounts in the event of serious risk. This may occur without prior notice when necessary, and the user will be informed afterwards whenever possible.
23. Death or Incapacity
In the event of death or incapacity, support must be contacted. Pharoll may review the situation and decide on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
24. Amendments
Pharoll may amend these Terms and will notify users when relevant. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
25. Governing Law
Portuguese law applies.
II. Agents
1. Nature
The Agent acts for an economic purpose, autonomously and independently. There is no:
- employment relationship;
- exclusivity; or
- representation.
2. Compensation
Compensation depends exclusively on the validated performance of campaigns. The Agent is only entitled to compensation when valid metrics are recorded. No minimum income is guaranteed.
3. Referrals
Pharoll may make available mechanisms for inviting and referring new users. Any benefits that may be granted:
- depend on criteria defined by Pharoll;
- may be subject to validation; and
- may be changed or discontinued at any time.
4. Payments
Payments to the Agent are subject to the Platform’s general conditions, including:
- metric validation;
- identity verification; and
- compliance with legal requirements.
5. Responsibility
The Agent is responsible for:
- all activity carried out through their account;
- the means and channels used for disclosure; and
- compliance with applicable law.
III. Business
1. Responsibility
The Business user is responsible for:
- campaign content;
- the accuracy of the information provided; and
- legal compliance.
2. Content
The promotion of the following is prohibited:
- illegal content;
- misleading advertising; and
- unauthorized services or products.
3. Payments
The Business user is responsible for payments associated with campaigns.
4. Campaigns
The Business user may, at any time:
- create;
- modify; or
- suspend or cancel campaigns.
5. Non-Refund
Amounts used in campaigns are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
6. Rights Over Content
The Business user declares that they:
- hold the necessary rights over the content; and
- may lawfully promote the advertised products or services.
